How fast is delivery?
Orders placed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, are processed within one working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £30, and express delivery (1 to 2 working days) is available at checkout from £3.85.
What grade are your products?
The grade is shown on every product page and label, for example food grade, USP/EP or cosmetic grade. If you need it for a specific use, check the product page or ask us first.
Which size should I choose?
Larger sizes cost less per litre. If you use a product regularly, the 5L and 4 x 5L sizes are the best value. For a first try or small jobs, 100ml to 500ml is plenty.
Can I get a safety data sheet (SDS)?
Yes. Download it from the Documents box or the Safety & hazards section on the product page, or email us at contact@ukonyx.com and we'll send it over.
Do you offer trade or bulk prices?
Yes. We offer trade prices on orders of 100L or more, with VAT invoices. Contact us for a quote.
Can I subscribe and save?
On products that show a Subscribe option, choose it to save 10% on every delivery. You pick how often it arrives and can cancel or skip any time.
What if I'm not happy?
